I just wanted to post a *tip off*... that can be of use for getting props and bits and pieces for theatre, especially on a next-to-nothing budget. Freecycle. Its an international site with hundreds of local groups in different countries, and its a great way to find a few second hand odds and ends for theatre for nothing. http://www.freecycle.org. :)
It might seem obvious but I mentioned Freecycle at work just before the holidays, and no-one else had even thought of it, but were bewailing the cost of things.
